”The location and facilities of the hostel is good. The reception lady is friendly. We stayed for one night and left in the morning only found a charge on my credit card of 91.53 $ the next day (surely not for the accommodation as it has been fully paid beforehand.) ”We didn't get the room we paid for. In the ad, the bathroom had a tub. After checking in , everything was different. Also, we sent an email regarding our late check in and no one responded to it. Very poor customer service. The room was entirely different from what was shown in the ad. ”
