”Whilst the accommodation was modern, comfortable and spacious what stood out was the customer service. The entire team were very helpful in answering questions about what to do, where to eat and also very attentive to the details like what hiking equipment was needed after some fresh snow. I actually left my wall charger in the room and I messaged the property thinking I'd never see it again as I had only realised it when I reached El Calafate. The staff found it and promised to send it to me...

”La cama de la habitación a mí me encantó, pero a mí pareja le pareció demasiado blanda. Algo que no nos gustó para nada es el televisor que tenía la habitación, chiquito y viejo. ¡El desayuno nos encantó, súper variado! El agua de la ducha salió con muy buena presión, la bañera tenía un buen tamaño. ”The positive: There's permanently someone at the front desk you can talk to in case of a question or an issue. The staff are attentive and responsive. The hotel is located very close to the centre where you can find plenty of restaurants, caffe and bars. The breakfasts are good. The negative: The rooms are small. The isolation is poor. People talking in the corridor felt like they're standing and talking inside my room. The facilities are old. Hot water is not really hot in the busiest hour...
