”We were given a room with no hot water. Front desk was aware that there is a problem and still gave us that room. We had to pack all of our stuff and move to another room. We were on a 3 week holiday, so that’s why it was a big deal with all of our luggage. We were promised a compensation, but we had to ask for it many times after our departure.”

”Great place to stay during a road trip. Clean and comfy rooms, very nice staff. There is a souvenir shop nearby (on the historic route 66). ”

”A shortage of staff forced workers to work at all sorts of jobs. There was no commitment or pride in their work. Customers did no get value for the money they paid. Breakfast was a fiasco: messy, unclean and not enough food! ”

”We booked a room with a lake view, but there was no lake. The air conditioning unit was very loud, sounded like a helicopter. It was impossible to sleep. We have never seen such poor quality towels at a hotel. The color was on the gray side and torn sides. We chose not to use those. We would not choose this place again for many reasons!”

”Was not bad but we found a lot of hairs, used tissue, the bathroom wasn’t in the best shape, and the floors weren’t the cleanest. ”

”Hotel is a fine place to stay. However, from a previous stay, it did not meet that standard. Glad to have a laundry, but it was a bit pricy. ”

”Staff was very helpful. Found room for me on ground level as stairs and sometimes a challenge. When my card didn't work, he watched out door to ensure it worked on the second attempt. Room was adequately clean. I will stay here again.”
