”+ The room was really nice and clean and the balcony and coffee maker was a great plus. I liked the pool area. Location was perfect. Staff was nice. - I booked and payed for a room with sea view, but got a room with only a partial sea view, which was a really big dissapointment because it was the main reason why I booked this hotel. The gym was very small and you can't basically do anything other than cardio there. Also the walls of the hotel rooms are very thin, so I couldn't sleep at all for...

”Hotellihuoneen joutui vaihtamaan useaan otteeseen heti alussa, koska hotellihuoneen sängystä löytyi jotain lutikoiden jätöksiä tai vastaavaa epämääräistä, lopulta löytyi toki puhdas huone. Hotellin ravintolaa ei pystynyt käyttämään, koska ravintolan kokki oli estynyt tulemaan töihin jostain syystä. Muuten ihan ok kokemus, ranta lähellä ja 15 minuutin kävelyllä pääsee shoppailee jne. muutaman sadan metrin päässä pysäkit, joilla pääsee edullisesti Miamin lentoasemalle.”

”This hotel is such a good find. I love that it’s a self check in so I don’t have to wait. I get the code to the property and my room and that’s it. Staff was helpful and prompt.”

”Aika kulahtanut hotelli. Likaiset lattiat ja vähän epäsiisti joka puolelta. Kosteus tuntui huoneissa vaikka ei ulkona ei ollut vielä kostea aika vuodesta. Huoneessa haisi hieman homeelta... Edullinen hinta teki Hinta-laatu-suhteen toki ihan hyväksi verrattuna alueen muihin majoituksiin. Wifi ok. Punttisali ok. Allas-alue ok. Sijainti ihan ok. ”

”Rooms was very clean and nice staff was very friendly and helpful”

”The hotel employee refused to let us check in before 4 pm. By 4 pm, several customers had gathered around the reception desk. The receptionist put on his coat and left. I asked him if we could check into our room. He said he didn't know about it! After this, we had to wait for over two hours, when one of the customers decided to call the police. Luckily, the police arrived and called the hotel manager to the hotel and we got a room at around 7 pm. To our dismay, we also noticed that there was...
