”We stayed at Riverside by the Beach Apartments for 14 nights with two adults and three children, booked through Expedia as part of a flight-and-hotel package.
Our experience was extremely disappointing. During our 14-night stay, there was no regular housekeeping and no replacement of towels or bed linens. I had to contact the property during our stay because I found it unreasonable to remain for two weeks without proper cleaning or fresh linens.
The most serious issue occurred after we checked...

”We stayed for a week over the 4th of July holiday. The house is beautiful, with every amenity you could ask for. The pool is great and has enough shade, so you are not baking in the sun. The outdoor eating area by the grill is also great. Inside, everything was perfect; the kitchen has everything you need. Going up the stairs does get tiresome as the master is on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms are very spacious. The only thing we noticed was that the AC unit did not cool the 3rd floor as well as...
