”Great new hotel with the best location in Playa del Carmen. Room was comfortable and spacious. Beach, shops, many good restaurants very short walking distance away + big supermarket downstairs. ”Pretty much the worst hotel I have stayed in. Everything is broken from toilets to furniture. ”Had a good stay here. Large and clean rooms. Had a kingsize bed with a balcony. Note that all the rooms dont have a balcony. Good breakfast. Juices could be better. Good location, 2 minutes to the 5th avenue. A lot of noise to the rooms on the entrance side. Pool is great! Cold water but also refreshing. No shower!? Small gym with a view to the sea.
