”We liked almost everything, the staff were excellent especially one female, who was trainee, I don´t remember name. Room was excellent, very tidy and clean, they change towels everyday. Service at the bar was so friendly. We recommend this hotel!”

”We stayed at NH for three nights. Everything worked excellent: The staff was kind and professional, the pool area was convenient, and our room was comfortable with easy-to-use AC. The gym was unfortunately unavailable due to Covid, and our next-door neighbour’s dog’s barking was annoying for a couple hours, but apart from that, all else was perfect. The hotel’s location is not perfect, but a taxi to downtown was fast and inexpensive, and the hotel’s pool definitely made up for the distance: it...

”The staff was extraordinary. They spoke beautiful English when my Italian was still not very good. They were very helpful and helped us arrange transportation to Civitavecchia. Nice Italian breakfast. Our room was small but very nice and easy to get too and convient to the Via Aurelia gate where we didn't have to use the steps. All in all a great experience and we highly recommend for it's proximity to the Vatican, neighborhood, staff and charm.”

”Nice hotel, considering the decoration and pool. What I did not like was the not working minibar, plastic cups, Handy the free phone with constant network error and expensive restaurant. I chose this hotel only because of the pool and nice looking room. Special thanks to Paola. Her genuine happy smile at the pool bar was something that really made feel like an appreciated customer.
