”I Loved the breakfast buffé, I liked that there where buses close by, I hated the fact that there's no attraction or food store close by except a gas station, but for the price of the hotel and the comfortability and quality, I think it was worth it's price, and I couldn't hear outside noise at all in to my room Wich was great. The hotel from the outside wasn't really that pretty but from the inside it looked more then descent, Window's where not able to be opened and AC is a bit cold and...

”Location was perfect. Next to Hyde park. Also metro and bus stops very close. Only minus was that our room was very cold even thought it was 5-10 degrees outside all the time.”

”The hotel had an excellent location close to Russel Square tube station. Surroundings were very good. Service was good, except we were told that London Eye should’ve been booked months in advance. That was not true 😀. The toilet’s floor wasn’t cleaned properly, but everything else was cleaned well. I quess that the only bad thing really was the lack of aircondition. Thank God it wasn’t too hot, the small ”table-propeller” was a must to use. On the sixth floor there was this very floral-smelly...

”Area near Hotel was not clean. Trash in every place.... Hotel area was cleaner and hotel was clean and nice. Quiet rooms and breakfast was good.”

”Kiva ja siisti hotelli. Uloskirjautumisen kanssa olisi paljon kehitettävää. Kesti 30 min jättää matkalaukku päiväksi säilytykseen, kun sama vastaanottovirkailija rahasti asiakkaita, vastaanotti säilytettäviä laukkuja ja mikä uskomattominta, jätti palvelutiskin ja lähti kuljettamaan laukkuja ties kuinka kauas säilytykseen. Kannattaisi olla joku erillinen henkilö vastaanottamassa säilytettävä laukkuja !!! En ehkä majoitu uudelleen, otti niin kovasti päähän tuollainen huonosti järjestetty asia,...

”Siisti ja mukava hotelli aivan underground aseman vieressä ja tower of London maisemalla. Auttavainen henkilökunta. Upeat näkymät kattoterassin baarista, mutta olisin toivonut että aamupala on myös kattotetassikerroksrssa. Huoneet ovat pieniä ja vessa/suihku on sellainen lasikoppi, mutta lapsi tykkäsi kun vessan valoja sai muutella kaikissa väreissä vähän niin kuin diskovessa. Aika kallis oli, mutta jos hotelli sijaitsee näin keskeisellä paikalla, niin kallista on. ”

”Viihtyisä ja tyylikäs hotelli. Hyvä siisteystaso. Aamupalalla sopivasti mistä valita, hyvin sai vatsan täyteen. Tuoreita hedelmiä yms. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Hyvä, rauhallinen paikka lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalta. Ehdottomasti tulisin uudestaan.”

”The room wasn't cleaned and all the reception could do was to send someone to leave a bunch of toilet paper, a couple of towels and tea/coffee on the bed corner. There was also some confusion regarding the room prices.”

”Work trip. Rudest service I have ever experienced at the breakfast. Room air con not working properly. Every time you shower water all over the bathroom floor no matter what you do. Might be able to overlook the room conditions but the breakfast staff were so that I’m never coming back. Changed to Reneissance hotel for the last night of my trip and strongly recommend going there instead. ”

”Hotelli oli vanha, mutta siisteydestä huolehdittiin. Sijainti oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hissit olivat ruuhkaisia, joten jouduimme käyttämään portaita 7 kerrokseen.”
