”Staff HORRIBLE! A couple staff were pleasant at the restaurant. Spoke when they seen us. No one hardly speaks English, rude, and unpleasant. Horrible customer service. Food- HORRIBLE! After 10 pm they offered cold/dry hot dogs, burgers, and nachos- no cheese. People were eating tortilla chips with ketchup. If that’s a thing I’m unaware but not for me..that was a first. Neither the tv or phone worked in the room- no one came to repair/replace it. Rooms are dated, smelled. Our sheets were not...

”The resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. If you’re looking for a place to go and relax while being spoiled by the staff then this is the place! The buffet has so many options and was decent but we definitely took advantage of the steakhouse. It was A+! Thanks for the great time and we hope to be back in the future.”

”My partner and I are African-American, and were treated differently from my white counterpart. At breakfast, staff barely greeted us or checked on us, while they smiled, joked, and repeatedly served my white counterpart. I had to keep raising my hand for service.
The resort is large and hard to navigate. There are no maps, and when we asked employees for directions, they either didn’t speak English or simply pointed instead of showing us the way.
When restaurants were closed, the only food...

”Very nice and attentive staff. Beautiful resort. However our room had concerns. Crooked tv, soaps in bathroom were empty, hair dryer didn’t work, tv remote broken, no consistent water pressure in room, access to a thermostat but limited to only a couple degrees, “fully stocked bar” in the room was only 4 beers and some soda.”

”The seaweed needed to be removed at the beach. The rooms need to be updated near the beach. They were clean but could use some touch ups. Also, the mosquitoes were hard on me in my room and I did not leave my door open. The food was okay. I did get sick though and I am not sure if it was the food or the pool but I was down for a aday or two. The staff made it worth it. They were great.”
