”I have stayed here at least 7 or 8 times and this is our favorite resort. I love the location, beach, food and drink, and service. We truly have no complaints about anything at Privilege and we will continue to stay there whenever possible. We love the street view rooms, and love to watch the activity in the city from our balcony. ”My suite was beautiful! Loved the washer and dryer. Wish the water didn’t have seaweed, but that is the fault of Mother Nature. I really loved the food at Legends and the Italian Restaurant. The buffet was great too. All the service personnel were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the hard work of the groundskeepers that kept the room and the pools clean.”

”We really enjoyed Mayan Monkey - we stayed for two days. The beachfront the great, room was nice and the amenities offered were good. The only downside I have to offer, the service was so slow in the restaurant, bar and beach club. While most of the staff were phenomenal, that aspect also restricted our ability to order more of what we wanted since everything took so long. Otherwise, an awesome stay and will definitely consider coming back. Thank you! ”

”Hyvä ja siisti hotelli.Ranta lähellä uiminen laiturilta.Aamupala piti kuulua hintaan hotels comin mukaan mutta paikanpäällä selvisi aamulla että aamupala on siinä hotellissa listalta tilattava ja maksullinen pettynyt tähän koska mainostetaan että aamupala kuuluu hintaa. ja varausvahvistuksessakin niin lukee.Terassilla ei ollut kalusteita piti itse hakea ravintola tuolit.”
