”My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!”

”I absolutely liked everything. Room was large and very clean, quiet nice airconditioning, large windows, espresso machine, fridge as option. Roof top pool was so nice with the views to the city line. Staff was very very friendly, especially Adrienne the concierge . They have complimentary Cadillac service, you can test the cars. This was one of the brst hotels I have stayed! Outstanding experience”

”The room was nice and clean. However, the hotel was extremely noisy, and I woke up multiple times during the night because of the noise throughout the property. In addition, the staff was not helpful. I lost my sunglasses at the main entrance and called the hotel within less than five minutes, but unfortunately they were not helpful at all in trying to assist or follow up.”

”We had to keave the hotel due to the evacuation order when the gires spread. Stayed only a few hours. However, in a strainef sutuation the staff handeled everything well and were very helpful”

”Excellence stay for my guest and I for a short 1-night turn around. The bathtub did leak to the room below because it was not setup with proper drainage outside the shower tub.”
