”The level of service was amazing! The external operator of the pool had decided that kids are no longer allowed at the pool at all. The pool had been the main reason for picking the hotel and my daughter had been looking forward to it. The hotel very kindly arranged for us to use the pool at a near-by hotel, which was great, so very happy with the experience!”

Our favourite store in the world - Heal's - is just around the corner and the West End shows are in the walking distance. Of course all the other shops are near by as well. Service is always top notch. This time the concierge was able to book us a last minute table for Sunday evening to the restaurant we wished for. Satisfied customers as always.”
