”I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar.
Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous.
Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.”

”Vaimo halusi Caprille. Samalla pysähdyimme pariksi yöksi Napoliin. Siihen sattui myös syntymäpäiväni. Hotelli, huone ja sijainti ja kohtelu kaikin puolin loistava ja henkilökohtainen. Saimme hyvät vinkit ja opastukset omille jutuillemme. Hinta yläkanttiin, mutta ok. Huomioivat merkkipäiväni hienosti. Maistoimme Napolin päivä- ja iltaelämää sopivasti kapeilla vanhan kaupungin kaduilla ja ilmavissa rantaravintoloissa. Pahuksen hyvä juttu! Vois mennä vaikka uudestaan!”

”The hotel is well-designed, meticulously maintained, and the staff is very responsive. When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. We really appreciated that level of service. ”

”The view from our room was phenomenal at this luxury Italian hotel and resort. Service was incredible on all levels and areas. Rooms were impeccable and spacious. This is a perfect destination for anyone looking to enjoy a more upscale vacation in Capri. We look forward to our next visit! ”

”Immediately upon arrival as the hotel, we were warmly welcomed to this stunning 5-star hotel. The rooms are in good condition and the bed and bedding were really good quality. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel has a stunning sea view terrace! Shuttle service is available from / to the port and they also arrange ferry tickets at no extra cost. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Mr Signorini and his staff! :)”
