”Staff was smiling yes but especially at breakfast there was mostly no service at all. Spa was a joke and the "corner room" was charging You for the aisle.. Nothing to complain if You sell this as standard 3 star accommodation. New walls didn't really impress. Situated on a busy street with trams made the whole building to shake and rattle. BUT the roof terrace was nice ❤️”

Even the hotel's location is very central it is very quiet, the narrow ancient streets prevent unnecessary car traffic. Many exquisite restaurants nearby, the hotel's own restaurant has an innovative haute cuisine take on Italian classics. The service is impeccable as you'd expect. Genuine artworks hung in the rooms and common areas.”

Sisustus oli kaunis, sillä moderni oli yhdistetty hyvin perinteiseen. Rauhallinen sijainti sopi meille hyvin. Bussipysäkki sopivan lähellä.”
