”Erinomainen hotelli jossa palveluita riittää ja tekemistä vaikka olisi sateinen päivä. Todella hiljaiset huoneet, kun sulki ikkunan niin Leicester aukiolta ei kuulunut mitään. Sänky vähän kova itselle, mutta mukavasti meni 3 yötä. Sijainti hyvä, pääsee nopeasti busseihin ja metroon mistä koko Lontoo sitten saavutettavissa mukavasti. Ehdottomasti uudelleen joskus tänne. ”

The receptionist didn’t communicate at all, I didn’t know what was happening. Hotel at this level should be very customer friendly and that was not the situation here. ”Historiallinen rakennus, kauniit yksityiskohdat ja ystävällinen palvelu. Allas oli pieni mutta oli juuri hyvä rentoutumiseen. Maukas aamupala, mm. ihania paikallisia juustoja tarjolla ja kananmunat olisi voinut tilata eri muodossa keittiöstä (jos aamupala kuului huoneen hintaan).”

Bathroom had a lot of issues, tiles were broken, shower was malfunctioning per hot & cold water, it was set the wrong way (you should have turned the shower handle different way than instructions), as well as cracks in the walls.
