”Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

”Robert and Carlos were warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, the AC cold, and decor was nice. I felt like I was truly in Mexico, instead of a bland hotel. Nina, the dog is very cute! It was a peaceful retreat from the noise and bustle of Playa Norte. I also cannot say enough good things about the pool, gorgeous view!”

”The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway. ”

”Very special place w/ own private beach and peaceful athosphere. Not a luxury and definitely need some renovation all over. But our family lined very much, beach was awesome. Manager Anna was very nice but other service could have been slightly more proactive. Fiid is not that great except sea food. Breakfast (continental means toasts) takes an hour due to kitchen... We were able to change rooms when no hot water. Then family room was big enough and original. Sometimes is not credited...

”Hyvä ja siisti hotelli.Ranta lähellä uiminen laiturilta.Aamupala piti kuulua hintaan hotels comin mukaan mutta paikanpäällä selvisi aamulla että aamupala on siinä hotellissa listalta tilattava ja maksullinen pettynyt tähän koska mainostetaan että aamupala kuuluu hintaa. ja varausvahvistuksessakin niin lukee.Terassilla ei ollut kalusteita piti itse hakea ravintola tuolit.”

”We had a wonderful 9-night stay at Bartolome Oceanfront Suites, and we wouldn't change a thing!!! We were always out on our balcony with coffee in the morning, and we often enjoyed magnificent sunsets there in the evening. The Staff were delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!!!! Special shout-out to Ricardo and Carenya (?) 🥰 They have a wonderful restaurant, but most of the time, we opted to explore the many options well within walking distance. We loved the energy of...

”This is a basic hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the staff is nice. The pool is small with only four lounge chairs. You will need to walk to get to the beach - this hotel has a dock only. ”

”The hotel is very relaxing and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get you going with a view of the ocean as well. There’s even a pool that allows for some relaxation and escape from the sun. A perfect retreat, which still allows you to explore the village.”

”While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.”
