”I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent—safe, quiet, dining, and comfortable transportation. The area felt welcoming and comfortable, which really added to the experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

”We really enjoyed Mayan Monkey - we stayed for two days. The beachfront the great, room was nice and the amenities offered were good. The only downside I have to offer, the service was so slow in the restaurant, bar and beach club. While most of the staff were phenomenal, that aspect also restricted our ability to order more of what we wanted since everything took so long.
Otherwise, an awesome stay and will definitely consider coming back. Thank you! ”

Manager Anna was very nice but other service could have been slightly more proactive. Fiid is not that great except sea food. Breakfast (continental means toasts) takes an hour due to kitchen...
We were able to change rooms when no hot water. Then family room was big enough and original. Sometimes is not credited...

”Lots of food options and great staff. Upon arrival, be aware that there may be marketing opportunities presented by a third-party company within the hotel, which somewhat wasted our time. Unfortunately, I forgot the name, but it ends with 'Collection.' Otherwise, everything else was amazing, and this establishment certainly does not hold back on quality.
