Complain to get what you paid for.
First we got a room that smell badly of smoking. Got new room for the next day. The fridge in new room was in mold so we got a new fridge for next day... If you want a double bed, there is only one blanket. So If you want own blanket for both, be sure to check that out before the night receptionist comes to work, because he doesn't understand what you want or don't like to do any extra work. The breakfast is portugese style: minor supplies and you can hear the loudly conversation from kitchen that really disturbs the calm "breakfast-moment". The good thing in breakfast was that the coffee automat offered multiple styles of coffee and cocoa.
