”Our flight was canceled at 2am and I booked a room before we arrived at the hotel. Online would only let me book for the next day with check in at 3. I explained it to the front desk clerk and he was very kind and understanding. He adjusted the check in so that we were able to check in and stay before we had to head back out to the airport first thing in the morning. ”
”The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I found the staff extremely helpful, especially the dining staff. The breakfast was ample with choices and the service during breakfast particularly noteworthy. The facilities are clean—the gym, the pool, the lobby…i had a king sized bed plus microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The only minus is plastic and paper cups in the rooms instead of glass. The area around the hotel has many choices. I chose to walk a trail around the beautiful lake...

”Billy assistant manager was excellent and the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. It’s refreshing to find great customer service. The room was really quiet. But if you want to drink coffee and cook bring your coffee pot and anything you might need. The website says that they have a grab and go and it does not. Also bring your own towels or pay for more.
