”We loved our stay here. The beach was fantastic .... clean and not crowded. The villa was wonderful (a bit dated but very comfortable)... lots of room, large open spaces, a great pool in the backyard (albeit a bit small). "We had booked transportation from the airport to the hotel, but the experience did not meet the expectations set by the advertisement. The service was provided by a different company, not the hotel itself. As token of good will hotel organized properly the return to airport without cost.
The service overall felt bit disorganized, likely caused by having quite many employees and too much chaos. It’s understandable to prepare for Christmas season with extra staff but good to stop and see how it shows to customers.
Restaurant was really positive highlight - well done! As well as Skylar staff was great!
Location wise great - just at beach.
