Hotel was booked and confirmed via Hotels.com, but the hotel called 12:00 the day of check-in to confirm the booking individually for all persons in booking (even if they were confirmed). This is, they say, their policy for American Express policy, as they cannot input the card in their system unless the cardholder is present. Strange... Luckily we were on train and not on plane, as the rooms would have otherwise cancelled...
Then, in check-in, the service was not friendly at all.
Rooms were ok, even if not matching the price of night. But this was Amsterdam.
