Renovated luxurious 200sqm loft in city center

Tämän savuttoman asuinrakennuksen palveluihin kuuluu kuntosali, pyykinpesutilat ja puutarha. Huoneistossa on keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, uuni, liesi ja mikroaaltouuni. Asiakkaiden käytössä on 3 kylpyhuonetta, pyykinpesukone, ilmainen Wi-Fi ja ruokailualue. Siivouspalvelu on saatavilla pyynnöstä.
Huoneissa on tallelokerot ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Huoneissa on kalusteina ruokailupöytä ja keittiösaareke. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy kylpyamme tai suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja.

The house was perfect for our family and in a great location. It was within walking distance or a short tram ride to everything we did in Amsterdam. Neal was a great host and an excellent communicator. We all agreed that we will miss the wonderful soaps and are bummed that we can’t buy them in the States!

From start to finish, everything about this stay was incredible — Neal was responsive, accommodating with special requests for birthday we were celebrating, and the home was a joy from the moment we arrived! The location couldn’t be better: picturesque and within easy walking distance of so many great restaurants, bars, and shops. The house was decorated perfectly (just like the photos), immaculately clean, and stocked with all the kitchen essentials we needed. Cozy or gezellig is the perfect word to describe it! Highly recommend to anyone who has the chance to stay at Neal’s home.

Plan was to make home base in city centre, and then live a good city life for a short 2 weeks in AMS. Location on Singel is perfect with ready access to restaurants, museums and nightlife, on a quiet intimate block. Apt was clean, modern and finished to a high standard. Exactly what I was looking for to introduce my family to Amsterdam.

Spacious apartment in a perfect location

We loved the apartment! It was super comfortable and had plenty of space for our group of five. The apartment is located on a quiet street next to a canal. The location was great—close to lots of food spots, sights, and the central train station. We walked nearly everywhere. Neil was easy to reach and always quick to respond. We highly recommend this property and hope we can return soon.

Awesome stay in an outstanding location.

A group of us (3 couples) had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was perfect and the property was exactly as advertised. The apartment was within easy walking distance to the grocery and liquor store, the royal palace (Dam Square), shops, restaurants, bars, and many local attractions. We did use car services as well as local transport during our stay, but found most attractions were within easy walking distance. The property manager was incredibly responsive and communicated everything perfectly. We would definitely all highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Amsterdam.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is in a fantastic location with so many restaurants and bars in walkable distance. We loved that family flew in to meet us and we took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and eating area to gather. The stairs down to the bedrooms proved tricky for my 80yr old mother and could do with a handrail on the left hand side, the wider part of the tread. It is as described and shown in the photos and we would happily stay again. Neil was great at communicating. Thank you Neil.

Property was clean and well maintained. Only slight criticism is that the outdoor space is no longer usable. The manager Neal was very responsive and had helpful suggestions. We thought the area was fantastic—walk just about everywhere yet quiet. We would happily stay there again.

In a nutshell: lovely property, excellent location, surprisingly quiet, and *superb* host! We visited Amsterdam with our adult children for 8 days and spent the entire time on foot. Given a similar opportunity in the future, we will certainly reserve again. Truly excellent accommodations and host!

Great Location and Property

Even before arriving we knew we were in good hands because of the clear communication from the property, including around where to eat, what to see, and what to expect around check-in and check-out. The house was better than expected and the location is fantastic. Every evening we commented on how quiet it was, but still so central to things in the city. Not a single complaint about the cleanliness or condition of the property and will look to return in the future.

Absolutely Amazing!

We truly cannot say enough, this property and location (right on the canal) are exceptional. Within a two minute walk from plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and less than 5 min walk from Dam Square. Grocery is also close. And surprisingly, even with all of that access it is not loud. We had plenty of space and the movie room upstairs was a real plus. The house had everything we needed for a long three week stay. The kitchen is very well stocked, appliances are fantastic, and the living and dining rooms are comfortable and roomy. And Neal is truly a super host. His communication was exceptional from our very first point of contact up until the moment we left. He provided us with a ton of information and suggestions for the area (favorite spots, good food, shopping, etc) and even checked in on us periodically to make sure all was going well. We will go back here every time we visit Amsterdam.

Beautifully appointed apartment in central Amsterdam on Singel canal. Apartment has all appliances and electronics needed for a comfortable stay. Location is superb; short walk to the Jordaan for excellent food/pubs; short walk in another direction to Central Station where you can take the free ferry to Nords; short walk in third direction to Dam Square. Anne Frank house and canal tours are 3 blocks away, Apartment is blissfully quiet at night. Neils is extremely accommodating and my family thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a great location

Our family stayed for a week while visiting family in Amsterdam and we were very happy to have such a clean, comfortable place to stay. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. Location is excellent for seeing sights and enjoying the comforts of a neighborhood. Grocery, restaurants and shops are nearby. Central Station is a short walk, public transportation is easily accessible. Host is communicative and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic Amsterdam location

Beautiful newly renovated apartment right in the middle of the Jordan area but very quiet as it is on the inside of the square block. We enjoyed the little private outdoor area. Fantastic showers, real nice kitchen, plenty of space for the 4 women in my group. Host was lovely to work with. Short walk to many great restaurants, shopping, outdoor market, train station and metro.

The true Amsterdam experience

A major problem arose with the Vrbo app. We could not download it. Eventually we found a workaround and with the cooperation of an excellent host everything worked out well. A major black mark for Vrbo!

excellent location

Nicely remodeled apartment and comfortable for us four adults. the apartment is very well stocked with plates, glasses, coffee....and we received a couple of welcome bottles of wine and Stroopwafels (Typical Dutch cookies) and some Old Amsterdam cheese.
