”Nice place, good location in very quit neighborhood. Some small improvements could be made with what the rental cost is. Like picnic tables unable to be sat at due to rotting, replacement of a couple sticking sliding doors and more than 1 shuffle board stick with all parts that could be found in unorganized shed. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. ”The house was very clean, well stocked and centrally located. Quick easy drive to the beach. The house had lots of beach stuff for us to use and games in the garage to keep the kids busy. We had three families staying here and space was not an issue. We had a slight issue getting in the house to start but the host made it right. ”Check in process was super easy. Location was fantastic, lots of places within walking distance to eat. It's nice there was a little convenience store 2 blocks away to get basic supplies like coffee, bottled water, etc. The place was big enough for our family of 3, having 1 bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in living room. The walk to the beach was only 2 minutes away and having an umbrella and chairs provided was a bonus, especially when flying in. I' d stay again!”
