”I was disappointed with my stay at Jolly Beach Resort. I booked with Experian. The hotel was falsely advertised, as the actual conditions didn't match the pictures we saw when booking. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and there was no refrigerator available. Additionally, the staff was short-handed, and we experienced power outages—the lights went out at 3:40 AM and didn't come back on for over 16 hours despite requesting a room change. ”We spent 8 days at the resort for our 30th anniversary. We loved it so much that we only left once to walk 200+ yards to long bay public beach. The lodging was spacious and private, and the grounds were lush and amazing. They had the foresight to build their own on site water treatment facility, brewery and huge garden as ways to be self-sustaining. The staff were incredible, professional and always friendly.
