”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning. Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....

” The room they gave me was at least clean, room had everything provided for from towels, bathing clothes, etc. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was free, just juice, milk, coffee, cereal, sausage-egg-cheese sandwiches, etc The nights were quiet, no noises.”

”The pool was “under construction “. No mention of this in any of the online sites or Marriott reservations. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool as it was a gift to my grandchildren. The fact that it was marketed as an amenity then not even available is unacceptable. Marriott knew the pool was not ready yet let people think they had a functioning pool. There were others in the area. We’ve used Suites to Home before with a lot of satisfaction. Now the Marriott owning so many...

”This was under construction, parking lot a mess, run down on the outside. Room was renovated but no tissues, cups, had to ask for a blow drier, no coffee, no lobby. The person checking us in was lovely but the lobby was gutted. The room did seem clean. Hopefully it will be nice once renovated fully.”
