”There aren't a lot of options in Peoria. This location was perfect for a local wedding and a clean soft bed. There is also a little walking/running trail right next to the hotel/freeway which was convenient. The staff was really kind and helpful which made things like some of the access/entry points not working and the door to the room opening right into the vanity not so aggravating. New carpet or LVP would make a huge difference in the condition.”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”

”What impressed me the most is that they pay attention to the small details. Everything from the adorable coffee cup holders with smiley faces and mustaches to the way the breakfast buffet is laid out with signs labeling things! All the personal touches do not go unnoticed. The entry/counter area was even decorated for Halloween. Our flight was delayed and they were kind enough to stay a little extra late in order to accommodate us getting in after midnight. We will stay there "in a minute" the...

”My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.”

”When we arrived at 10 PM there was no Wi-Fi. They told us there were no handicap accessible rooms. I told them that was unacceptable and after a five minute search, he found one. We didn’t get the room they promised us, but the one we got worked.
We stayed for seven nights. The hotel was very clean. We were very happy with that aspect. We would stay here again if needed.”

”Warn. Hall carpet is so very gross. Room was clean. Older and less updated than pictures and reviews show. Room large. Breakfast staff very nice. Check in staff was not someone who should be in costumer service. The person at desk the next day was good. Pool area is nice to have. Area was clean but pool needs updating. I was so disappointed on arrival but if you can look through blurry eyes and with low expectations, it was fine. I had thought for the price that it would be nicer and as shown.”
