There was no notation on hotels.com or the hotel website that stated they were under construction and in the process of rebranding the property. There were large boxes standing in the lobby and main hallway to the guest elevators. There were no Bell carts in the 4 days during my stay. Every time ...

The Residences at Biltmore
Clean, comfortable establishment. Great proximity to Biltmore Estates. Only complaint is how much noise received from the people above us. Would recommend though, would stay again.
