”Staff and facilities are great at this hotel. The view sitting outside having drink is breathtaking.
I have only given 4/5 for property conditions as rooms are looking a little tired. Still lovely but could do with a little uplift

”Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us).

”Ideally situated for several restaurants. Bus stop outside the hotel meant easy access all over Bristol as well as a direct trip to the station in 25 mins. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a well stocked bar. As long as you don’t mind Stepp hills then ideally suited for the Ashton gate stadium.

”I'm surprised they don't mention they're on the regular A1 airport bus route on the website. The USB sockets in the room seemed unreliable - the one on the TV worked some of the time; I was travelling light and couldn't bring a charger. ”

”This was a great location for us. It is only a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Bristol. We booked the family room. It offered plenty of space for my daughter and me. Around the corner is a GREAT sandwich shop called Sandwich Sandwiches. They close around 3pm so don't miss out on one of their freshly made masterpieces! 10 minutes away are lots of restaurant options for quick grab-and-go options. The hotel staff were awesome! ”We really enjoyed our one night stay here and would definitely stay again. The bedroom was a good size, bed comfy and shower amazing.
The only issue we had was that dirty dishes/trays and glasses which had been outside other rooms had not been moved all the time we were there from 5pm up to 10.15am next morning. Perhaps an oversight but not nice to see in such a grand hotel.

”I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.”

”Such a beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay. Very clean and welcoming, in a quiet area. The apartment is light, bright and airy. The communication is spot on and even though the apartments dont have a reception area, it only takes a phone call to address your questions. I highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. "A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us!
If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! "
