”A very pleasant stay in the hearth of the city. The room was lovely plus a kitchenette was a life saver during the trip. Morning breakfast was excellent and the staff was very, very welcoming. All in all it was an excellent trip and for sure I would choose this hotel again when I’m coming back to Birmingham.”

”Me qnd my friend travelled from glasgow and we got there an hour before checkin our room wasnt ready which was fine but staff went above and beyond to get our room ready so we could get in as soon as possible staff were lovely had no issues if ever in Birmingham again would stay again ”

”Good location, walking distance from the city centre and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Basic clean and condition. Thin walls could hear everything. We chose compact room but didn’t expect it to be so compact that you can shower sitting on the toilet😒 there was no room for luggage and not even a hook to hang hand towels. The air conditioning was blowing straight to bed so couldn’t keep it on and the room got really hot. They send us a message in advance about being green and we could choose not...

”Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect!
Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! We highly recommended this apartment and would stay again! Thanks so much! ”

”Air conditioning was placed directly above the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. Double bed was very narrow for two people. No refrigerator. Front door didn't open during the daytime.”
"Disturbingly noisy at least during the week end nights because of the loud music coming from the neighbouring clubs and bars till early hours.
Fortunately I was not close to the ongoing renovation work of the hotel itself.
Other little flaws like non-functioning USB outlet and lightning, too.
Kind cleaning staff and some receptionists, however majority of people at the reception did not seem to be able to communicate neither with guests nor between themselves. Their stubbornly quiet way of working without speaking and just leaving the customer was embarrasing."
