Clean and quiet hotel nestled in the city on a pretty side street. Breakfast was enjoyable, but not an extensive selection of options. Room was very spacious and modern, but my room didn’t have a view (windows frosted over). Easy to walk to the conference I attended (Megaron Centre). Would be nice if there was a fitness centre (I was told I could use the fitness room and spa at the sister hotel Crown Plaza, but never made it over there).

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Nice large room with balcony; clean and confortable. Very close Uber ride from the heart of the city, didn’t pay more than 10 euros for a ride.

Stayed here for 1 week, property is excellent, cant fault it. Very close to the metro which you can get to the centre in 3 stops (10 mins). Lots of nice resturants in the area. Staff where lovely and very helpful. Access to the crowne plaza with this hotel in which you can use their rooftop pool and gym. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

We loved having a small fridge for the baby's milk and the ability to make coffee 24/7. The rooms are a nice size, but the greatest quality here are the people operating Holiday Suites.

It was on a very quiet beautiful street in the middle of a busy area. The hotel was extra clean and the room was spacious and had a little terrace so you can sit outside. The staff was so courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Did not deliver for the price we paid
Overall location was not all that great. Also, amenities were not too many. Elevators were not working on our first day and we had to carry most of the luggage up to the 2nd floor. AC took hours to cool the room. On the positive side, room was spacious and generally clean. The train station is about 7-8 minutes walk.

This is a well-kept, convenient hotel, out of the main touristy areas. The rooms are large and generous; the staff are kind and welcoming.

Very happy for my choice.
One day staying. Hotel positioned very close to metro station in a quite alley. Staff extremely polite and friendly. I booked an impressive low cost junior suite with many amenities (coffee bags, tea, drinking chocolate,fridge, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, soap, coffee maker, electric burners). I didn ' t required breakfast for personal reasons. There is available with an extra charge. Room condition was very good, with minor exceptions.

Το κατάλυμα δεν ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση ,το ασανσέρ δεν είχε εσωτερική πορτα ,το δωμάτιο είχε ένα παραθυρο το οποίο ήταν περιφραγμένο εξωτερικά ώστε να μη βλέπεις εξω ,το νερο στο μπάνιο δεν ήταν αρκετά ζεστο και η θερμοκρασία δωματίου δεν ανέβαινε οσο και αν ανέβαζες το θερμοστάτη

Enjoyable stay
Well, the room was very clean, very comfortable bed, wide space. The area is very peaceful and quiet street. The only negative thing is that the wall are way too much thin, you can hear your neighbors's tv or even them talking just like if they were just next to you. And i got really surprised for our check out as they ask us to pay for more taxes and for water?? I never had to pay for water in hotel before and it's crazy expensive in Athens, just for water.. and yeah, would have been better if they told us beforehand that the water wasn't free and that there will be more taxes to pay after u check out.. Except that, the staff was kind

Please kindly note that the total price and the breakdown of the room rate, taxes and services and the city tax are detailed in our cite and all OTA's selling our hotel and also visible in your confirmation. We apologize that it was not even more clearly communicated. Bottle waters in hotels are almost universally charged, or given for free in members of loyalty programs. The price of the water and all other minibar items were on the menu card in the room. We apologize if this did not catch your attention. Finally tap water in Athens.is drinkable and there is no need to use bottled water. Once again thank you for your comments and we look forward to welcoming you again in the near future!
