”The room was not as described and had multiple issues. The room smelled strongly like smoke, the bathroom had visible damage (peeling ceiling and poor maintenance), and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I also did not receive housekeeping or fresh towels unless I specifically requested it, which was not explained at check-in. I stayed both nights because I had no other option, but the conditions were not acceptable for what I paid ($274). I have photos as proof. I’m requesting a partial...

”Overall my stay was excellent. Plenty of room, nearby stores, nice pool and gym. Maintenance team helped quickly with my shade when it locked up.”

”The room smelled and there was hair on the bed. We received another room that smelled worse but cleaner. The hair dryer didn't work but they brought us a new one and the Faust to the tub came off the wall. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and the walls were in bad shape.”

”Found a roach in the room and bugs behind the paintings. My wife and son were there for a baseball tournament. Absolutely disgusting, will never stay there or that brand hotel again, No staff, automated check in, horrible experience.”

We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.”
