”This is advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for scheduled maintenance. No one alerted us to this. Disappointing when the purpose of the stay was the pool.”

”Our reservation was canceled less than 24 hours before we were going despite them sending a confirmation email the night before. I wasn’t notified by the hotel, only Expedia. When I called, a manager was supposed to call back, 4 hours later I called again. Manager never called. Exact same thing happened to my brother’s family. Terrible customer service!!! ”

”poor management low staffs no one on front desk to give us the keys they left keys on front desk with R00M # Put their customers In Danger and at risk any one pick the keys no security on floor any one walk in to lobby this the second time they did last time bath room was not clean not review properly need better security standards any one hide in the room get heart this is serious”

”Summer at front desk and staff were wonderful! 24 hour coffee was appreciated. The room needs serious updates. Though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of stale smoke.”
