Hyvä hintalaatu-suhde, ei enää 5 tähteä
Olen yöpynyt hotellissa kymmeniä öitä. Hotellin kunto on jo sen verran kulunut, ettei vastaa enää enää 5 tähteä. Hintalaatusuhde on sen sijaan edelleen erittäin mainio. Hotellin palvelu on osittain erittäin hyvää, etenkin laukkupoikien osalta. Sen sijaan executive loungen palvelu on ollut aikaisemmin jopa surkeaa. Depositien kanssa ollut usein ongelmia ennakkoon maksetusta huoneesta otettu jopa 800€ depositia yöltä. Nyt ainoastaan 2000THB eli n. 45€. Deposittien palauttamisessa ovat poikkeuksellisen hitaita. Hotellin ravintolat ovat loistavat paras Thaimaan viini- ja juustobaari, sekä ehkä kaikista hotelleista paras aamiainen (yövyn lähes aina pelkästään 5 tähden hotelleissa).

Ei enää 5 tähteä, mutta hyvä hintalaatusuhde
Hotellin hintalaatusuhde on erinomainen. Hotelli on siinä määrin kulunut, ettei vastaa enää 5 tähden hotellia. Olen itse yöpynyt tässä hotellissa alusta asti kymmeniä öitä. Hotellin palvelutaso uusien työntekijöiden osalta on laskenut. Parasta palvelua saimme vanhoilta työntekijöiltä etenkin laukkupojilta. Nyt emme yöpyneet Executive huoneessa, joten executive loungea emme käyttäneet. Sen henkilökunnan palvelutaso on sen sijaan ollut viime käynneillä lähes tulkoon surkeaa. Toivottavasti Accor Hotels kiinnittää huomiota tämän seikan parantamiseen. Huone on melko kulunut ja esimerkiksi suihku oli rikki, samoin ongelmia safetyboxin kanssa, joka saatiin kyllä korjattua. Suihku ei pysynyt ollenkaan paikallaan. Hotellin aamiaista emme tällä kertaa lyhyestä vierailusta ja aikaisesta lähtöajasta johtuen ottaneet, mutta tämän hotellin aamiainen on ehkä paras kaikista käyttämistäni hotelleista. Käytän pääasiassa ainoastaan 5 tähden hotelleja ja olen tästä johtuen melko kriittinen palvelun ja hotellitason suhteen. Hotellin viini- ja juustobaari on ehkä Thaimaan paras. Aikaisimmilla kerroilla olen saanut tapella depositeista, hurjimmillaan ovat veloittaneet ennakkoon maksetusta huoneesta 800€ depositin / yö. Nyt ainoastaan 2000THB eli n. 45€, joskin tämän depositin palautus on yksi kaikkien käyttämieni hotellien hitaimmista. Loppu yhteenvetona olen melko tyytyväinen käyntiini, vaikka edellisillä kerroilla jo vannoin, etten ikinä enää käyttäisi tämän hotellin palveluja.

Viihtyisä hotelli. Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Parasta oli mahtava uima-allas.

NIce stay, excellent service
Very comfortable room. Very polite and excellent service at reception, lobby and restaurant. Stayed more than two weeks, breakfasts were good, but would have expected more variation. Free tuk tuk service to the nearest bts station (Victory monument) was very handy and frequent.

Good, but not outstanding
Hotel is good, but not outstanding. Duty free shopping is nice and convenient, but overpriced. Cuisine Unplugged is very noisy (probably due to most guests being from a noisy culture). Food court in shopping center is better and nicer than most food courts. Parking is easy and convenient. Bathroom designs could use some modernizing.

Stayed here a few times, albeit 15 years ago. Used to have Tuk Tuk provided free of charge to Victory Monument. No longer available. Very useful if you have disability. Choice if breakfast amazing. Staff extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing to much trouble.

Very nice hotel, big lobby, large hotel with nice pool area, excellent and helpful staff. A bit far from tourist sites, but only a few blocks from the sky train and two stops from weekend market. Staff were very helpful. Lots of conferences and large events

A hidden gem near airport rail
First time staying at a Pullman property, nice experience aptly for its luxury hotel status, love the pool especially, walk from BTS station is not exactly near but still convenient, highly recommended and most probably will consider staying here again!

Its away from the busy streets, so quite quiet, but within walking distance to shopping and some local restaurants, and the BTS station. One suggestion: the drawers at the clothing closet cannot be opened as the sliding doors seemed to block them.
