Perfect spot in Barcelona

We visited Barcelona for a wedding and stayed a few days to explore. My husband and I, our two adult sons, and their girlfriends all agree that this place was perfect. The location couldn’t be better - a lively neighborhood with numerous restaurants and shops, but away from the more “touristy” feel of some other neighborhoods. We were within walking distance of Sagrada Familia, the University, La Rambla, and so many other places. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious enough for the six of us. We would highly recommend this gem.

Very enjoyable stay in Barcelona

We much enjoyed the large and comfortable appartment in the very attractive district of Eixample. It is well connected to places to visit, safe and its environment is nice. Communication with Habitat Apartments was easy and efficient. We would have still preferred to deal with a private owner than with an agency. Cleanness was optimal. One opportunity for improvement is cookware : we were there with 2 kids and planned to have dinners at the appartment. Cookware is too limited for a family and the agency could provide more than 2 tablets for the dish washer. Overall very positive experience !

Great location and nice area

Great location in a nice area of the city. Building is nice with easy check-in process. Apartment did not look exactly like in the pictures unfortunately. Some of the furniture needs to be changed and property should have more tableware to accommodate groups. Other apartments looked nicer.

The bunk bed was very squeaky & difficult to sleep on. The beds & the pillows were very hard. The cleanliness was subpar. Lots of dust on the floor & black spots on the shower tiles

Feels like home

Our group of five were very very comfortable in this lovely apartment. The historic quality combined with beautiful light and a fabulous location allowed us to really enjoy our stay in Barcelona! I would return again and again.

Great location and size

This property is nice and in an area with good restaurants. It is walking distance to many things and a short taxi or metro ride to many others. The apartment is a good size. The elevator worked well. The high ceilings are nice. Improvements that could be made: the family room furniture is getting a little warn. It could be replaced. This apartment, while found through Vrbo, was managed by another company - Habitat. I prefer to rent directly through Vrbo. More layers is complicated. Habitat did fine even given that the bed was broken by the prior renter. We did not want to stay in a different apartment. Habitat got it fixed.

Excellent Barcelona family rental

We were beyond thrilled about our this rental in Barcelona! It is much bigger than it appears in photo and had plenty of room for the entire family. It even had a washer and dryer which helped a ton with our long trip. There is a delicious bakery right below that had divine chocolate croissants. The subway was also right below. Walking anywhere in town was quite easy. It was probably 20-35 minutes from everywhere we wanted to see. The neighborhood more residential and not very touristy which was refreshing and less hectic. Really a great spot, book this place if it's avail!

Great Location

The space was large, comfortable, and clean. You are asked to pay outside VRBO system, which surprised me at first. However, I verified with VRBO, and the process was acceptable and worked fine for us.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

We loved our stay with habit. Our apartment was clean, well located and very charming. Our only complaints are that if other guests do not close the elevator gate on exit you may have to walk-up several flights of stair with all your luggage and two children. The only issue occurred is when we tried to contact the 24-hr service number and received no answer. Other than one occurrence communication was prompt and thorough.

Beautiful property in ideal location

The check in was smooth. The elevator worked well. The property is cool, with comfortable beds, 300 Mbps wifi, and cold AC in every room. Still, the highlight is the location. You can walk one block in any direction and find world class restaurants, boutique shopping, bakeries, and a grocery store. We will definitely stay here again.

Communication was timely and easy. Would have appreciated a little more orientation during check in. Also contacted on call manager regarding the safe not working. They never got back to me. Otherwise no issues and would still recommend.
