You’ll stay in a classic Eixample apartment where natural wood floors and original ceilings reflect its modernist heritage. The living room features a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen that adds comfort and space.

Great apartment in an excellent location!

Walk to Sagrada Familia, Gaudi homes, Gothic neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Clean, comfy beds. Quiet. AC could be better. Lift was broken so know that there are 102 steps up to apt. Host was very responsive! Great stay!

Perfect location to explore Barcelona on foot

I stayed in Alejandro's place for 6 nights as a single woman and I felt very comfortable and safe there. It's simple but had everything I needed and Alejandro responded quickly to my various questions. I felt like I was living in the city for a week instead of just visiting. I walked to Sagrada Familia, all the other Gaudí sites, the Gothic area, La Rambla and the waterfront. Took a tour to Montserrat that included a wonderful hike. I loved Barcelona and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely neighborhood. Great location

This 4th floor apartment was just right. Only two blocks from a couple of metros, which easily took us to all of the sites and attractions of Barcelona. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable for the two of us. The elevator is old and tight but suitable and works fine for two people. Checkin was quite convenient using our phone app which also provided electronic key access to the building g and the apartment. Thank you! Nicely done.

Property was clean, well appointed. A very good central area. However, the elevator was under major reconstruction for a long time. It meant a climb of 5 stories every time in and out. Including with suitcases. The description talked about using the elevator not that it was non- existent

Nice place, quiet but a bit barren

The shower was funky, the door app impossible to do without two hands. Very quiet apartment though. A good night's sleep every night. Kind of a weird set up. There was an unexplained toilet right off the entry hall. We inconvenienced our neighbor by not closing the elevator properly. That should have been explained better. The dryer was incredibly noisy. Overall, a decent stay in a nice neighborhood in Barcelona.

Great place in Barcelona

My husband and I stayed a week in this charming apartment. It’s in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bakeries, and places to have drinks. There are 2 metro stops within 5mins of walk and able to go to all the famous sites easily using Metro. The apt was super quite and clean. It was perfect for 2 of us. I do have to say that the elevator is very finicky. You have to make sure outer door and inner door to the elevator are closed tight to operate the elevator. After you exit the elevator, make sure the elevator doors are closed so that others can use it as it won’t work if you leave your door to the elevator on your floor opened or not closed completely. We didn’t have any problem once we figured it out. With electron key, it was super convenient and safe. We had a great time in Barcelona and we would stay here again. Must try the best Gelato place in town, few doors down from the apartment at “Obrador”!

Great apartment and location. Central to all of the great places to see in Barcelona, you can either walk or grab a cab. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to grab a bite to eat, there is one right next door that makes the best prosciutto and Gruyère sandwiches. The apartment itself is clean and cutely decorated, and very quiet. It’s very comfortable to hangout in if you’re wiped from a day of being a tourist. I’m a freak about the water pressure in a shower, and the shower here was amazing. It had a rainfall shower head that makes you want to stay in there all day. The host is the best, they are super responsive and gave great recommendations. Highly suggest trying Bar Cañete out, the food there was so delicious. My only suggestion is call ahead for a reservation. I can definitely see myself coming back to stay here again and again.

We had great time at Alejandro' apartment, which are well located for many attractions by walk. It is also close to many restaurants, bakery, supermarkets and coffee shop.The apartment felt safe and easy access to all parts of the city by bus and metro. Alejandro' gave us the tips for neighborhood and easily contacted and very responsive to any needs. Thanks for our stay in Barcelona.

This apartment has it all. Fantastic location with a two minute walk to a metro station, great bakery/deli downstairs, a market almost around the corner and in a great neighborhood that is walking distance to most of the main sights. It is unbelievably quiet at night so you are guaranteed peaceful sleeps which is a worthwhile trade-off for not having a view of the street and the "action" as evening activity in Barcelona can go on very late. The apartment was clean, well equipped with everything you would need and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and flexible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement qui était exactement conforme à l'annonce et très propre. La localisation est idéale, en plein cœur mais pour autant à l'abris du bruit de la rue. Malgré un léger problème, Alejandro et son équipe ont su être extrêmement réactifs et bienveillants. Nous recommandons à 100% et espérons pouvoir revenir!

He reservado un apartamento en el example desde Septiembre hasta Noviembre de 2020. Estoy en Argentina y tenía pasaje para llegar a Barcelona el 3/9, pero… aquí las fronteras siguen cerradas debido a la pandemia y no habrá vuelos para esas fechas.Ante esta situación la gente de Vivebarcelona me ha reintegrado el monto entregado en concepto de reserva, a pesar de que no era por causa de ellos que yo no podría ocupar esa unidad.No pude hacer uso de ese lindo apartamento, pero he conocido la agencia más seria de la ciudad por lejos. Julien se ha comportado como un caballero, ha tenido toda la paciencia y me ha ayudado en todo lo relacionado a estos trámites.Viajo a Barcelona dos veces al año por trabajo y asuntos familiares, no dudaré en reservar siempre con ellos, han sido conmigo la seriedad personificada.Roberto Lapid

We had an amazing stay at the appartment on Passeig de sant juan. The location is everything, the appartment beautiful and clean. Arrivaltime was very flexible, and communication with both Alejandro and Julien went very smoothly. Especially the entrance hall and old detailed ceilings stood out. We will stay here again and recommend it!

A wonderful apartment on an amazing location. A lot of stores and restaurants nearby, Sagrada familia is also close and public transport is accessible. For us the crucial thing was parking, which was in a grage, safe and more or less easy to use. Alejandro is a wonderful host, greated us and communicated easily during the whole stay. Very responsive and adjustable. Would definitely come back to this apartment.
