”We really enjoyed our stay at EasyHotel La Sagrera. Firstly we really liked the area the hotel was in, it was extremely close to the Navas metro station and the neighborhood was quiet away from the bustling centre streets of Barcelona. ”My wife ordered room service. She waited, no food. She walked down to lobby, no phone in room, and the food was waiting there. No one told her that she had to pick it up. Room service I guess doesn’t mean service to your room. It was cold by then. After checking out we discovered that the hotel charged her credit card for the room even though we had paid in advance through Expedia. Sent several messages to the hotel but they will not respond. Is this typical in Spain or is this just a horrible...

”The hotel is really minimalistic and somewhat self-service. The front desk was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable on public transportation etc. If you need more towels, toilet paper etc, you need to go down and ask (or pay 15 eur per day for cleaning). As I stayed several days, the trashcans in my room got really full. I couldn't figure out where to take the trash. Also, there was some dirt in the shower.
Also, there is no table or chair in the room.”
