Very good position in the centre of the city. More than 50 channels in the TV and all were functional (been in hotels where not even one channel was not OK). Friendly personnel.. I can recommend the hotel.

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Mukava henkilökunta, pehmeät sängyt kunnon peitoilla, ilmaista vettä ja kahvia huoneessa. Katto uima-allas oli myös loistava! Ainut miinus oli että meille ei kerrottu, että taxin tilaaminen respasta maksaa. Uloskirjautuessa tuli 10e lasku kun oltiin pari kertaa se tilattu.

Room was nice and large enough for 3, toiletries provided only body soap. We were put on the first floor near the stairs so theirs is noise from both guests and housekeepers . I hear water running from above me and movements of furnitures. My last day the housekeepers were so loud talking on the hallway and constant banging of doors that I told them to keep it down. The area around the hotel is dirty and sketchy that we make sure to go back to our hotel by 9 pm. Breakfast is good

Close to Liceu metro station and Las Rambla. Plenty of supermarkets, cafe and restaurants around the hotel. Pool bar lovely. Only complaint is the lift, slow, only one and can wait ages.

Staff were very helpful. Spoke very good English and were forgiving for our lack is Spanish. The hotel has low balconies in the rooms and on the roof top spa area. Don’t stay here if you’re not good with heights. In the UK the heights would be higher for safety. Clean and well turned over every day. Street not great and area behind hotel dodgy at night if you’re female. Head to the post of gothic quarter.

It’s two-three blocks from the rambles when you exit to the left of the entrance. However, if you go towards the right it’s an immigrant community and garbage and a little dirty. It looked sketchy. The hotel properly is great, modern and clean.

Ganz super, denn das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, die Metro ist gleich in der Nähe. Frühstücken im Hotel ist nicht nötig, da der Markt gleich um die Ecke ist. Das Hotel ist sauber, modern, die Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt, zwei Flaschen stilles Wasser stehen täglich zur Verfügung, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein kleiner Kühlschrank und Safe stehen im Zimmer. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer, war leider nur ein Innenschacht, war aber nicht so schlimm, da wir nur zum Schlafen zurück kamen. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool, Bar und Ausblick war super! Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und kompetent und zuvorkommend. Dankeschön.

Modern and clean, i was only there for 2 nights the first was fine but second was a poor nights sleep due to adjacent "connecting" room which seemed to have no sound proofing. Obviously hotel csnnot be held responsible for ignorant guests having multi-way face time on speaker phone but they can sound propf conne ting doors. Good location to see this area of Barcelona on foot with easy Metro access. It did the job but unlikely to return to this hotel.

Location was good for sightseeing. Luggage room with lockers was excellent. Rooms were comfortable but the sliding doors on the wardrobe got stuck a couple of times. The bed was extremely comfortable. Friendly barman who remembered our orders.
