This beautiful loft in Barcelona with a private terrace and community pool can accommodate up to 6 people. It is decorated in a modern but cozy style that will make you feel at home. It has everything you might need so you don't have to worry about anything besides enjoying your vacation!
The apartment is divided into two levels. On the second floor, you will find a bright living room with a TV where you can sit and relax after a long day of sightseeing visiting Barcelona. From this living room, you can access a beautiful private terrace, ideal for breakfast while planning your next adventures in Barcelona, or to lie down to enjoy the magnificent Barcelona climate.

The apartment has a double bed and a full bathroom, plus two double sofa beds where four more guests can sleep. The apartment is equipped with clean towels and sheets ready for use on the day of your arrival.

On the first floor, the modern kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you may need: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. This way you will have total freedom to prepare your favorite dishes and surprise your friends.

This magnificent loft in Barcelona is located in the dynamic neighborhood of Gràcia, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, leisure options, and easy access to the city's public transport.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
