Perfectly suitable for a family or a small group of friends. A great base from which to visit Barcelona with transport links nearby, a pleasant family neighbourhood with many shops, cafés & restaurants. IMPORTANT:Parties are strictly not allowed. It is very important to respect the noise level (people and music) during the whole stay.
The apartment is located on a second floor, with no lift.

3) The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
