Important Information:

Reservations: 30% initial payment at the time of booking. The remaining 70% should be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon check-in.
Deposit: A deposit via credit/debit card is required at check-in. The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Check-in: Check-in is from 3 PM to 8 PM. A 50 EUR fee will apply for arrivals outside these hours.
Rules: No smoking is allowed in the apartment, and parties or events are not permitted. Fines of 400 EUR may be applied for violations.
Tourist Tax: The current tourist tax in Barcelona will apply.
