Juan next to Arc de Triomf. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom with
shower. It has 66m2. And two spectacular terraces at the front and
back. Capacity for 4 people.

The space

This beautiful 66 m² apartment is in an excellent area of Barcelona,
located in plaza Tetuan, super close to Arc de triomf & monumental. One
of the most traditional neighborhoods of the city. It consists of 2
bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. It has 2 terraces where natural
light enters most of the day and you can enjoy dinner or lunch in the
terrace with a nice view.

The apartment has an elevator, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, heating, air
conditioning (in the living room and the back room), central heating,
TV. The American-style kitchen is fully furnished for your stay, with a
fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker
and tea maker.

The building has an elevator.

Additional Information

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.
