The apartment is located on the fifth floor and offers lovely views in a very quiet setting. The building has an elevator, although its use is not recommended. Please do not place any objects against the elevator walls, as this may cause it to become blocked for safety reasons.



House Rules Minimum age:

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.









Noise:

Respect for neighbors is mandatory.

Authorities may retain part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances.

Noise detector: The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable it or exceed the permitted noise level may result in a fine between €50 and €250.









Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (fine from €50 to €250).









Pets:

Pets under 10 kg accepted upon request (€20 extra fee).









Towels:

Bath towels may not be used at the beach. Otherwise, €12 per towel will be charged.









Standard check-in:

2:00 PM – 8:00 PM





Late check-in:

+€30 after 8:00 PM

+€50 after midnight

+€10 per hour after 1:00 AM





Sundays and public holidays:

Additional €30 charge









Identification:

In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify the passport or ID details of all guests.









Tourist tax:

€9.50 per night per person over 16 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax may be updated twice a year and may increase.
