Families are very welcome!<br><br>🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.<br><br>Check-in Fees:<br><br>To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.<br><br>🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee<br>🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee<br>📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee<br><br>Tourist Tax in Barcelona:<br>🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.<br><br>💵 This tax is payable upon arrival and may be subject to changes based on government decisions.<br><br>Other Important Information:<br><br>🚇 Transportation: The apartment is well-connected to public transportation.
