”The hotel smells clean enough - they definitely use Fabuloso. But we were placed in an oddly cut up basement room, with no real closet (an Ikea closet), no real windows, an oversized ac unit in the window, and bathroom doors that didn’t lock and they were some odd French split doors. The breakfast was… food. The food area is too small a room for the size of the hotel and it’s hard to find a seat and have space to move around. ”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”
