”Hi! Very noicy hotel because there was construction and some repairs going. And my first ever SPA experience without any showers.”

”Very kind and attentive staff. The rooms are beautiful, housekeeping on top of their game. Front desk knows how to take care of the guests. Bartenders make excellent drinks and deal with a barrage of guests when they come in from events that have ended around the city. It's a gorgeously decorated place, very inviting. ”

”A pretty expensive place to stay but everything about it is wonderful - except for the cost. Great for special occasions. Just above Salt Creek Beach, a fun place to watch surfers. There is a shuttle to get you to and from the beach which is down a steep walkway. There is also a service that provides beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. A nice touch. ”

”Has always our stay at the Hyatt was amazing with the downside that this time around there was a convention going on and the main pool was closed half of the time we were there as well as the watertable. Other than that are staying with incredible we will be back soon”

”Set the restaurant at the hotel was very disappointing. The hotesses ( total of 4) were very unprofessional/bad attitude and bad service so I walked out.”
