”I truly enjoyed the closeness of the beach and the views out of my window! The proximity of the pier, the amazing sunrises and sunsets! April in Newport Beach was perfect! I kept the windows open and enjoyed all of the sounds! I found the place easily and the parking! I’m so glad I ignored some of the other reviews but I can imagine that if you are there during high tourist season, it’s a much different story! Also, the jacuzzi tub was fabulous! ”There is major construction at this hotel. I was advised the only way to avoid some of the noise was to pay for an upgraded room on the other side of the hotel. Once there it was where they parked the construction equipment and once that started was far from quiet!”

”The room has everything you need as if you were at home, a full kitchen. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location of this beautiful inn is perfect. Every which way you look from your room is an awesome view of the ocean. The room has a very large window that allows you to see the view. The fire pit is a great place to watch sunset. The property is also close to the pier where they have a great restaurant and bar. ”

”We stayed in the new part of the hotel which was a converted office building and it faced the Main Street. We were told the traffic dies down at night but it never really did. Needless to say the traffic noise was too much and had a horrible night sleep. I would not stay here again. ”
