Pleasantly surprised that we saved time by using a rental car, parking in Preferred Parking ($20 extra), and avoiding the whole internal transportation nightmare. ”We arrived about 10 minutes before the 4pm check in time and were denied access which was something we’ve never experienced. We had to call security each time we arrived at the property because we didn’t receive a QR code for the gate. Overall, the property is immaculate and had everything that you could think of to have an enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t definitely stay here in the future.”

”Very nice home with enclosed pool on the lake. We had some issues at check in with alarm code and owner was quick to offer help. We messaged owner about the in home temperature and thermostat not working but did not hear back through vrbo messaging, so we delt with it being 80-83 degrees inside the home. ”Our three adult sons and their families joined my husband and I for a quick family get away to Disney. The location of this house was ideal! Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. Our granddaughter loved the Princess themed bedroom as well as the Harry Potter themed garage! The owner Jane was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!”

”Took my girlfriend and her two girls down to a week long get away in Kissimmee. Last year we rented another one of Shaun’s properties, we knew what to expect . The girls however , it was their first time and they absolutely fell in love with the home and the area . Whenever I vacation in Kissimmee I will always try to book one of Shaun’s properties. We were able to enjoy the private pool after a hot day in Florida. The owners were very responsive, check in was easy, the home had everything we needed and then some.”

”Furnished in the usual Florida "style" with all the basics and many little extras baby gates, pool table, TV in almost every room and then some, cool box , gas BBQ, every kitchen utensil possible including a real kettle for the UK folks, absolutely no hesitation recommending booking this villa. If you don't know the area it's a 5 min drive to a sample of every restaurant in Orlando area so your evening out isn't a chore for your driver. 25mins to Universal at 8am and under 20 to most Disney.”
