”The facility was convenient for driving to the theme parks. Traffic was a minor problem, particularly on the ride home. The host should let lessees know to bring their own coffee filters and coffee. There was a coffee maker but nothing to prepare a pot of coffee.”

”We were in Orlando for my granddaughter's cheer competition (nationals) (they finished 2nd btw!).The apartment was just as it is pictured. The location was perfect! Less than 10 minutes to Universal Studios and only 20 minutes to the Disney parks! There were a few minor things that we noticed that needed correcting, but nothing major. (Remote control in living room did not have a back, the remote for one of the bedrooms kept falling apart, and a lamp in a bedroom didn't have a bulb. For the...

”Overall the unit was very nice. We were a group of 6 and did not feel cramped. The blinds in the living room offered no privacy and need to be replaced. Also the kitchen could be a bit more stocked with items (ie baking sheet) but for basic items was well stocked.”

”While the access to the secure property was a little confusing, everything worked as instructions given. Accommodating place to stay but AC in unit was so loud, watching TV or relaxing in the living room was not possible. Great hosts. No problems with communications.”

”SOLO Tiny House was the perfect size for my stay in Kissimmee to visit with my daughter and family. It is a little gem on a quiet private lot. I found everything I needed and it was fresh and clean. Best of all the owner Gloria treated me like family! I look forward to coming back on my next visit.”

”Checking in was a little odd, but the room was very nice and served its purpose. It is similar to a hotel setup, but our room was not owned by the hotel. However, when our key card stopped working, the owner told us to take it down to the front desk to fix. It worked out, but just thought it was a weird situation. It was a great location to be near the Orange County Convention Center. Overall we were pleased with our stay.”

”The location worked out great for us. Close to resort pool, walking distance to Publix, short drive to aquatic center. The property needs some maintenance on 2nd king bed, additional linens, and the washer and dishwasher fixing. The check in process was easy and messages with the host were answered promptly during our stay.”
