Fijne accommodatie. Lekkere vibe met een mix van jong en oud. Gezellige bar/lounge. De kamers zijn prima, basic maar dat is geen probleem, je komt er alleen om te slapen en te douchen.

For a single traveler looking for a single room to rest the accommodation has really good conditions with a good price . Stuff is friendly and location is great near the main train station

Our arrival on a Wednesday evening coincided with what looked like a frat party but for teenagers. Very large groups of high schoolers from different countries were staying here and making the most of their time away from parents. Hanging around and rushing about outside, running up and down the hallways and generally being teenagers. That said the room was pretty quiet overall and it was clean. The location near the Hauptbahnhof is convenient and so overall the stay was good. Surprisingly, the Friday night was much quieter than the Wednesday and Thursday nights as it seemed most of the school groups went home on Friday.

NEVER again!
The room and breakfast were fine. The problem was security and noise. My laptop was stolen from my room the day I arrived. Hearing doors slam constantly, how often does one think of checking the door when you go out if it has an automatic closing mechanism. My door didn't close completely and within a few hours my laptop was gone. I reported it to management however there was little that could be done. BUT, they made NO EFFORT to fix my door and I was there 4 nights after the theft happened. I suspect this non-closing of doors wasn’t unique to my room. The first person I talked to at the desk asked me if I checked to be sure my door was closed. Why would I do that when it should be closing automatically? Was he generally aware of this type of problem with other rooms? Secondly, I made note of the problem to cleaning staff. While the individuals spoke no English, they seemed to be aware of the problem in their response. This is gross negligence on the part of a&o’s management. Remember, four days later it still wasn’t fixed. Also, the noise level was absurd at times because of slamming automatic doors, particularly in the morning when many were going to breakfast. No late sleeping for sure.

Waren nur für eine Nacht dort um Berlin für ein Tag zu besichtiegen ,war relativ ganz in Ordnung für Teenager wäre es ein perfekter Hotel um in der Umgebung zu feiern, ist auch nah dran am Bahnhof aber das Bad war sehr dreckig, war voll mit Haaren ( von Frauen )und in der Dusche lag ein Fussel Haufen!. Also auf Sauberkeit sollten sie am besten drauf achten.

Det var lidt irriterende at vi skulle stå og udfylde blanketter ved check in når de havde alle vores oplysninger fra hotels.com og stedet er primært besøgt af unge mennesker hvilket den ene aften gav en del larm, men derudover var det et fint hotel med en god kvalitet i forhold til prisen. Vi har valgt samme kæde ril vores bæste besøg i Tyskland

A bit of a let down.
It was quite lacking. The double bed is two single mattresses put together, and two single sized comforters that barely fit over your body. Basically they just put two of the dorm beddings in the room. The shower could really use some serious attention. Small black spots were in all the corners around the bottom, and I can only imagine it was mold or something else I don't want to know. The shower drain seemed to be a little bit clogged too. The toilet also had discoloration inside it, which makes it look like it had not been cleaned properly in a while either. Little bits of debris were on the floor in the room, and there were marks and stains on the walls. The lighting is terrible, dim, especially in the bathroom, the shower could use a light. The fixtures look like they're from a ship. The plumbing from the toilet kept making noises constantly... The kitchen is a joke, very small, lots of tools are missing.

A bed and a roof… but not much more…
Horrible cleaning standard. Toilet was very dirty and had garbage (tin foil and tooth pick) on the floor. Hair in the drains in shower. Beds for the booked number of residents where not done and we needed to do it ourselves… after getting it from the receptionist. Maybe fine for young people with no requirement other than a bunk to sleep…

Preis Leistung passt,schade dass man den Parkplatz reservieren muss,welches nicht im Angebot ersichtlich war. Es sind aber Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden. Beim Frühstück muss man früh sein,wir waren anscheinend zu spät. Familiengeiegenet mit ausreichend Beschäftigttigungsmöglichkeiten.

It took a while to check in. They sent me a link to do express check in but after entering the details, they could not find my details. So i had to go to the reception which also couldn't find my details for a while. It took about 20mins to get check in done. Then at approximately 2.30am i had a drunk guy kept knocking at my door & i told him to go away, he kept knocking. Went away from a few hours & then came back at about 5am. Really2 annoying my sleep. It was pretty scary actually.
