”This hotel was incredibly clean and had very friendly staff. I needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate me in my same room. The hotel offers plenty of parking, a restaurant, and easy access to the nearby freeways. Would definitely stay again.”

”Room was clean, but quite worn. The dishes were terrible, crusty glasses and plates. It appears that harsh dishwasher detergents and no rinse agents are used. When I reported the issue to the front desk I was given one stemless wine glass and one extra large coffee cup and told to rewash the dishes. Rewashing failed to fix the issue. Additionally, the kitchen outlets were not working. The hotel often smelled like marijuana that the staff attempted to use air fresheners to mask. The laundry room...

”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”

”I pre paid for a non smoking room. I called early in the day to let them know I would be a late check in due to a concert. We get there at 1am. They sold my room. I was forced to take a nasty smokers room. It smelled!!!! The door to the bathroom did not close. I have stayed here before in the non smoking. But never again.”

”I liked the service as you walk in to a nice food smelling elevated stay. Our room had a beautiful view but the room was very out dated including the furniture the toilet was small and there was a lot of stain on the carpet that were horrible. I don’t think it was with my stay for the price. If I could get a refund I would be satisfied .”
